It provides the framework for the short-, medium-, and long-term digital transformation of a company . It also provides guidance on digital issues and enables the definition of specific projects that drive digital transformation. A digital agenda serves to concretely shape the digitalization strategy. The lack of a well-thought-out digitalization strategy often results in digital activism, which in turn leads to wasted budgets and failed projects.

What steps are taken to develop a digitization strategy?
