The Application Management department conducted a customer survey in November. The aim of the survey was to find out how satisfied our customers are with our services and products.
We are delighted with the high level of participation, as over 60% of our operating and support customers took part in our survey. Participants rated the friendliness of our employees most highly. We are also particularly pleased that the quality, expertise, and availability of our customer support received very good ratings. We were surprised that many customers consider the telephone hotline to be very important. We are also pleased that participants appreciate the reliability, competent contact persons, and friendly and collegial manner. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers and all participants. This feedback helps us to further improve our services in the future and adapt them to the needs of our customers.

ISR DONATES per participant to Münster-based organization
With this survey, we not only want to improve our service and performance, but also do something good at the same time. ISR has been committed to equal opportunities in education for several years now.
The Münster-based organization Kinder- und Jugendhilfe St. Mauritz offers children and young people housing, protection, and assistance in every situation in life. Thanks to the large number of participants, we have raised €700, which we are now donating to Kinder- und Jugendhilfe St. Mauritz.
