The ISR Management
Provide direction & support
Executive Board, management and division management
The fact that we are so successful today is thanks to the ISR employees and their trust in experienced management. The ISR cockpit has been managed with a high level of professional expertise and sensitivity since 1993. The Executive Board, management and divisional management have the well-being of the company, its employees and customers in their sights. They weigh up risks in a crisis-proof manner, but at the same time are courageous in setting new goals.
Spokesman of the Executive Board
André Vogt
André Vogt has been CEO of ISR since 2022 and comes from CENIT AG. In his role as head of the CENIT-EIM Group, consisting of CENIT AG, ISR Information Products AG and mip GmbH, he has been responsible for enterprise information management in D-A-CH and the USA for 12 years.
His passion for customer projects and their solutions led him towards consulting early on, so that there was virtually no alternative to starting a career in an international management consultancy in 1999. He has remained loyal to the subject of information management to this day. Cross-industry contacts, projects and innovative ideas are the driving force behind his work in the field of data & analytics and document logistics.
In his private life, the Bielefeld native is interested in anything that can be driven: Motorcycles, e-bikes, classic cars and sports cars accompany his excursions and travels. His son André, who is also a car enthusiast, currently dominates his leisure activities. André currently lives in Hamburg, where he enjoys good food and wine. He uses the proximity to the sea for excursions with the whole family - also with old cars.
From a sporting point of view, André is a "fair-weather golfer" and he has noticed one thing: Golf teaches humility - even after many years.
Management Board
Manfred Merßmann
Manfred was enthusiastic about sport from an early age - first for athletics and then for basketball. His shared passion for basketball with Bernd has continued to this day and manifests itself in their close cooperation and support of the Uni-Baskets in Münster. Manfred's sporting activities today focus on a white ball, which still puts up considerable resistance when he plays golf. In addition to sport, he likes to enjoy a good meal with the right wine together with friends.
Division Manager
Thorsten Stefanski
As a dog owner, Thorsten goes for long walks or jogs every day. He enjoys cycling, whereby the journey is more important to him than the destination and he likes to visit friends spontaneously. Thorsten also enjoys meeting up with friends for barbecues and playing tennis.
Division Manager
Wilhelm Hardering
In his private life, Wilhelm lives with his family in Wesel on the beautiful Lower Rhine. He has the rhombus in his heart and enjoys visiting Borussia Park in Mönchengladbach to watch the colts play soccer. To balance out his desk job, Wilhelm enjoys long walks with his dog. To really clear his head, he gets on his motorcycle. Whether on mountain passes in the Dolomites, gravel roads in Albania or sandy tracks in Morocco, he enjoys nature and getting to know the country and its people.
Division Manager
Mark Hommola
In his private life, the word "outdoors" best describes Mark's interests, which always include nature as well as sporting activities such as running, cycling and swimming. A treadmill or indoor swimming pool are not for him; he prefers a marathon through mountains and valleys and a well-tended lake or the sea for a swim.
The Northern Lights are always looking for the peace and space of Norway for extensive outback trips under the motto "the less the better". A welcome change from the otherwise digital and hectic pace of everyday life. So strap on your rucksack and off you go...
Division Manager
Stefan Jamin
Stefan is a true expert when it comes to the digitalization and automation of business processes - and has been for more than 25 years. His career path has taken him through numerous customer projects in the financial, retail and industrial sectors, where he has supported companies in developing strategies and implementing innovative solutions - from positions in product development and management tasks for various teams to responsibility at divisional manager level.
Since 2022, Stefan has headed the Business Process Automation division at ISR Information Products AG together with Mark as a powerful dual leadership team. Together with the team, they drive forward solutions for document management, archiving and process management in the context of document logistics - always with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness and future viability. Stefan's professional strengths lie above all in strategic conception, sound cost-benefit assessment and the successful implementation of projects. Whether as a member of steering committees, project manager, post-merger integration manager or coach - he knows how to motivate teams and get projects on the road to success.
Stefan lives with his family in Essen and likes to start the day with a run in the park or by the lake - accompanied by the family dog. On Sundays, he runs with his running group on Lake Baldeney to stay fit for the relay marathon in Münster with the ISR team, a sporting highlight that he doesn't want to miss. Away from the running track, Stefan enjoys spending time with his family, be it on excursions, listening to music or simply being outdoors in nature - the perfect balance to his digital working life.
