A Future According to Plan: Strategic Group Planning with Seamless Planning
EWE AG has implemented an integrated seamless planning solution that links the planning of individual business units with consolidated group planning. The solution is based on a driver-based approach: Management can specifically influence planning assumptions through selected key drivers. SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere provide the necessary data integration and enable the incorporation of real-time data into planning and reporting.
However, technology is only part of the solution. Equally crucial is a core team of experts who actively helped shape the solution. In this presentation, we’ll show how this collaboration works in practice, where challenges arose, and what other companies can learn from EWE AG’s experience.
