Our Approach
To ensure optimal support for your custom extensions, a targeted acquisition of all relevant information is conducted. As systems that have evolved over years often become highly individualized, a complete knowledge transfer is frequently not technically feasible and only partially justifiable economically. Therefore, we rely on a streamlined yet effective transition process. This primarily involves:
- Acquisition of client-specific customizations and documentation
- Handover of the code from the project team to our Solution Maintenance team
