A background system automates and integrates the processes, creating a holistic and scalable solution for information processing and storage.

How do the components of our EIM Suite interact?
In the field of intelligent document processing, Buildsimple offers a platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to classify, extract, separate and, if necessary, anonymize documents (regardless of the input channel: email, cloud, chat, paper, scan, etc.) in order to use them for further digital processing without media discontinuity.
The Accounts Payable Flow solution is ideal for the specialized processing of invoices. This solution automates and optimizes the entire invoice processing process - from direct import (e.g. an e-invoice) to acknowledgment and approval processes through to connection to other ERP systems, digital invoice processing has never been easier. If the processed documents are contracts, for example, they can be processed and managed directly via Buildsimple in the Contract Manager. This enables seamless integration of contract management into the entire document processing procedure.
Two document management systems (DMS) are available for managing and archiving documents and customer and supplier files: Information Office and ECLISO. Both systems offer comprehensive functions for efficient document management.
The IBM FileNet Content Manager or in combination with the Information Office and ECLISO can be used as a backend for document management. This flexible solution can be easily integrated into existing EIM systems and offers scalable content management. To ensure compliance with retention periods and the secure deletion of documents, the RETENTION SOLUTION ensures effective management of these processes. In the background, SERVICEMANAGER manages various services and integration tasks and ensures that the processes within the EIM system run smoothly and efficiently, especially when managing large volumes of data.
SERVICE MONITOR complements the suite by proactively monitoring all system components. It monitors the availability, performance and infrastructure of the EIM Suite and ensures that bottlenecks or failures are detected and rectified at an early stage. Automated alerts and error analyses help to optimize ongoing operations and ensure high service quality.
This EIM approach combines specialized solutions for document processing, contract and invoice management as well as content and document management to ensure comprehensive and efficient information management.
