ENTEGA PLUS GmbH was able to make its cross-selling campaigns more efficient with the help of ISR and an SPSS architecture. By using predictive analytics and smart data, wastage was minimized and campaign budgets were used in a targeted manner. This led to a significant increase in the response rate and a considerable reduction in costs per deal. The predictive models, created on the basis of historical data, increased the success of the marketing measures tenfold. ISR used the IBM SPSS Modeler for analysis.
