Sales Forecasting Software
You have the choice to either utilize your own SAP SAC or export your sales and inventory data to us for import into our SAC. If you use your own SAP SAC, you merely need to ensure that the relevant sell-through data is available within SAC. Our dashboard will then be integrated there, and the Prediction Engine can be hosted either on-premises or in our cloud. This flexibility enables seamless utilization and immediate access to forecasting results.
The required data model comprises a two-tier hierarchy at the organizational level. This consists of regions (e.g., an intermediate warehouse or a country) and stores, which represent either physical branches or, in the case of e-commerce, distribution centers. For products, there is also a two-tier hierarchy, consisting of product groups and individual products. To enable precise forecasts, we require sell-through data from recent years (ideally on a weekly basis) for all hierarchy levels.
Our solution employs time series models capable of integrating additional, non-time-bound factors. This allows us to incorporate special events such as promotions or major occurrences (e.g., a FIFA World Cup) into the forecasts. This flexibility enables us to generate more accurate predictions based on historical data and specific influencing factors, ensuring your forecasts are realistic and adaptable.
