: Integration of Oracle- and SAP-based HR data
As part of the project, an integrated HR reporting system based on the SAP Business Data Cloud will be implemented. The current situation involves a heterogeneous HR system landscape comprising Oracle Fusion Cloud and SAP HCM, whose data will be consolidated into a central reporting solution in the future. At the same time, the existing SAP BW-based reporting system is being modernized and technologically realigned. Due to extensive process changes resulting from the introduction of new HR systems, there is also a significant need for technical coordination among the departments involved.
