CHILD CARE SUBSIDY

The compatibility of family and career is crucial for many employees. Since supporting employees with children is important to us, we offer flexible working hours and part-time models as well as a childcare allowance. Every ISR employee with children who are not yet of school age receives a monthly flat-rate childcare allowance from us, the amount of which is based on the employee's working hours (full-time vs. part-time).

JOBRAD

Cycling to work or to the ice cream parlor in the neighboring town? Cycling keeps you fit, protects the environment, clears your head, and is financially supported by the JobRad model thanks to favorable taxation.

The JobRad leasing model allows employees to purchase their desired bicycles and e-bikes over a period of 36 months. The monthly installments are deducted from the employee's gross salary, resulting in a tax advantage compared to a direct purchase. At the end of the leasing period, the employee receives a purchase offer or has the option to return the bike free of charge.

HEALTH

The health of all our employees is important to us. That is why we support measures to prevent illness and improve health in the areas of exercise, nutrition, and stress management. You can find out more at isr.de/gesundheit.
It goes without saying that we provide our employees with free drinks at all our offices. In Braunschweig, Münster, and Hamburg, we also provide freshorganic fruit and vegetablesevery week.

IT DEVICES

With the ISR employee PC program, our employees can order high-quality PCs, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones for personal use for themselves and their family members for a period of 24 months. The monthly installments for the devices are deducted directly from the gross salary as part of a salary conversion, resulting in an individual tax advantage.

COMPANY PENSION SCHEME

It is important to us to make the company pension scheme attractive for our employees. We are therefore happy to contribute 25% of the converted amount to our employees' company pension scheme. The pension contribution is paid tax-free and exempt from social security contributions—the gross salary is therefore converted directly into a pension. It is possible to transfer external contracts, and we are happy to review this on an individual basis.

HOLIDAY MODEL

Want more time for your family, building a house, or taking an extended trip? Our flexible vacation model makes it possible! We offer an increase in vacation time from 30 to 40 or 50 days per year. The individual extension of vacation entitlement is linked to a monthly salary waiver, which is calculated as unpaid leave. With this flexible arrangement, we want to give our employees the freedom to decide for themselves how much vacation they need and want to take.
