Our current success is attributable to ISR employees and their trust in an experienced management team. Since 1993, the ISR 'cockpit' has been steered with profound technical expertise and keen intuition. The Executive Board, Management, and Department Heads adeptly oversee the well-being of the company, its employees, and its clients. They prudently assess risks while also courageously pursuing new objectives, ensuring resilience in times of crisis.
Chairman of the Executive Board
André Vogt
André Vogt has been the Chairman of the Executive Board at ISR since 2022, having joined from CENIT AG. In his role as head of the CENIT-EIM Group, which comprises CENIT AG, ISR Information Products AG, and mip GmbH, he has been responsible for Enterprise Information Management in the D-A-CH region and the USA for 12 years.
His passion for client projects and their solutions led him early into consulting, making a professional entry into an internationally operating management consultancy in 1999 almost inevitable. He remains dedicated to Information Management to this day. Cross-industry contacts, projects, and innovative ideas drive his work in Data & Analytics and Document Logistics.
Personally, the Bielefeld native is interested in everything that can be driven: motorcycles, e-bikes, classic cars, and sports cars accompany his excursions and travels. Currently, his son, who also has a passion for automobiles, shapes André's leisure activities. André currently lives in Hamburg, where he enjoys good food and wine. He utilizes the proximity to the sea for family outings – often with classic cars.
From a sporting perspective, André is a 'fair-weather golfer,' and he has observed one thing: golf teaches humility – even after many years.

Manfred Merßmann
Manfred developed a passion for sports early on – first for athletics and then for basketball. His shared passion for basketball with Bernd has endured to this day and is reflected in their close collaboration and support for the Uni-Baskets in Münster. Today, Manfred's athletic pursuits focus on a white ball, which still offers considerable resistance during golf. Beyond sports, he enjoys good food and a suitable wine with friends.

Thorsten Stefanski
As a dog owner, Thorsten enjoys extensive daily walks or jogs. He is an avid cyclist, valuing the journey over the destination, and often makes spontaneous visits to friends. Additionally, Thorsten frequently meets friends for barbecues and plays tennis.

Wilhelm Hardering
In his private life, Wilhelm resides with his family in Wesel, located in the picturesque Lower Rhine region. A passionate supporter, he frequently visits Borussia Park in Mönchengladbach to watch the 'Foals' play football. As a counterbalance to his desk-bound work, Wilhelm enjoys long walks with his dog. To truly clear his head, he takes to his motorcycle. Whether on mountain passes in the Dolomites, gravel roads in Albania, or sandy tracks in Morocco, he relishes nature and explores different countries and cultures.

Mark Hommola
In his private life, the word “outdoors” best describes Mark's interests, which, in addition to sports like running, cycling, and swimming, always include nature. A treadmill or an indoor pool are not for him; he prefers marathons through mountains and valleys, and a pristine lake or the sea for swimming.
This 'Nordlicht' (Northerner) repeatedly seeks the tranquility and vastness of Norway for extensive outback trips under the motto “the less, the better.” It's a welcome change from the otherwise digital and hectic daily routine. So, backpack on and off he goes…

Stefan Jamin
Stefan is a true expert in the digitalization and automation of business processes, with over 25 years of experience. His career has involved numerous client projects across the financial, retail, and industrial sectors, where he has guided companies in developing strategies and implementing innovative solutions. His roles have ranged from product development and leadership of various teams to divisional management responsibilities.
Since 2022, Stefan has co-led the Business Process Automation division at ISR Information Products AG with Mark, forming a powerful dual leadership. Together with their team, they advance solutions in document management, archiving, and process management within the context of document logistics, always prioritizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and future viability. Stefan's professional strengths primarily lie in strategic conceptualization, thorough cost-benefit analysis, and successful project implementation. Whether as a steering committee member, project manager, post-merger integration manager, or coach, he excels at motivating teams and guiding projects to success.
Stefan lives with his family in Essen and prefers to start his day with a walk in the park or by the lake, accompanied by the family dog. On Sundays, he runs with his running group at Lake Baldeney, staying fit for the relay marathon in Münster with his ISR colleagues, a sporting highlight he wouldn't want to miss. Away from the running track, Stefan enjoys time with his family, whether on excursions, listening to music, or simply outdoors in nature – the perfect balance to his digital professional life.

René Weseler
René joined ISR in 2005 and took over product development within the company just four years later. As a trained application developer, he specializes in banking IT and, among other achievements, led the project for the introduction of BILD+ at Axel Springer in Berlin in 2013. For Siemens in the USA, René managed the implementation project of a bill management solution.
Since 2017, he has headed the business unit for the AI platform Buildsimple . As an expert in this field, René is a member of the Federal Expert Commission on Artificial Intelligence and Value Creation 4.0 of the Economic Council of the CDU e.V.
In his private life, René, a native of Erfurt, is a Formula 1 and classic car enthusiast. He has always been keenly interested in photography and even worked as a professional fashion photographer in the past.
As a father of two, family activities currently dominate René's leisure time.

Jens Brettschneider
His passions include football, dancing, and golf. Since the end of his active football 'career,' he now enthusiastically supports Eintracht Braunschweig as a loyal fan.
Together with his partner, he is a member of a dance club and impresses with his talent at dance events.
Additionally, for almost 10 years, he has been striving to master the small white ball on the golf course and get it into the hole. You can find Jens on various courses both domestically and abroad.

Kay Rohweder
Kay Rohweder joined ISR Information Products AG in April 2019 and has been responsible for the Data & Analytics division since 2025. With over two decades of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, big data, and controlling, he combines profound technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong implementation skills.
Before joining ISR, Kay held leadership positions at renowned consulting firms specializing in BI and SAP ecosystems across Germany and Europe. As Managing Partner at C1-Solutions, he established the SAP Analytics & BI Competence Center. Furthermore, he worked internationally as a consultant and project manager on three continents.
His particular strength lies in clearly communicating complex technical matters and guiding teams and projects securely through transformation processes. His focus is on holistically shaping data management and analytics – from strategy and architecture to implementation and utilization.
In his leisure time, Kay enjoys traveling with family and friends to the sunny regions of Southern Europe. There, he savors the mild climate, diverse culture, and shared experiences that make every trip a special memory.

Christopher Kampmann
Christopher Kampmann has been with ISR Information Products AG since 2011, progressively taking on increasing responsibilities – initially as a Senior Consultant, then as Department Head. Since 2025, he has served as the Head of the Data & Analytics business unit.
His business administration background sparked an early enthusiasm for key performance indicator (KPI) systems and innovative solutions. Today, he supports clients in implementing modern data and analytics architectures, as well as in strategic projects. Furthermore, he regularly shares his expertise in presentations and webinars.
In his private life, Christopher Kampmann resides with his family in Leichlingen. Together with his wife and son, he spends a lot of time in nature, hiking, or discovering new places. Beyond his role as a family man, he is passionate about architecture and design and finds a creative balance in DIY projects.
Key Account Sales
Michael Frihs
Michael Frihs has been head of Key Account Sales at ISR since 2024, which involves selling software solutions and consulting services in the areas of document logistics and data & analytics to major customers with his team.
After several years working as a sports journalist and studying business administration and Spanish, he ended up in information technology, where he spent more than 35 years in various sales and sales management positions at international IT companies such as Oracle, FileNet, Pitney Bowes, and most recently 10 years at CENIT AG. His professional focus is on document logistics and paper-based physical and electronic communication in the B2B and B2C business environment, where he has supported national companies.
Michael was born in Berlin and grew up in a divided city. He experienced the fall of the Berlin Wall firsthand, which had a profound impact on him. Several professional positions in Germany and countless trips abroad have enriched his life, without him losing his connection to his hometown, where he lives with his young family and father of two girls and feels very much at home. In his free time, he enjoys going to the movies and theater and is active in sports. His passion is motorized two-wheelers, which he likes to ride off-road in nature for adventure and fun. Motto: In Dust We Trust.
