Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a process-oriented information management approach that provides guidelines for managing IT services in companies. ITIL defines terms and best practices for IT service management processes related to system development and IT service delivery. These best practices enable service providers to standardize processes and make them more efficient.
The current version, ITIL 4 Edition, has become the basis for many internal IT processes in companies worldwide. The lifecycle can be divided into the following five disciplines:
- Service Strategy
- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operation
- Continual Service Improvement
The three phases of service design, service transition, and service operation are cyclical and are carried out in line with the customer's strategy. We are constantly working on the continuous improvement of processes.
