ISR now officially demonstrates compliance with this standard. Through the successful implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS), we are on the right track, and this motivates us to further enhance our quality standards and continuously increase customer satisfaction. Our Journey to ISO 9001 Certification
We prepared for ISO 9001 certification by thoroughly engaging with the standard's requirements.
The initiation of ISO certification commenced in January 2022, with the first and second quarters of 2022 dedicated to training our Quality Management Representatives. In the third and fourth quarters of 2022, our Quality Management System was established, and preparatory measures such as internal audits and the evaluation of the certification body were initiated. In preparation for certification, we meticulously reviewed, documented, and, where necessary, further optimized our processes and workflows, collaborating closely with our employees. Through targeted training and workshops, we ensured that all colleagues understood the requirements of the
standard and could successfully implement them. The entire certification process concluded in the first quarter of 2023. Following a successful audit by SGS, we have been certified according to 'ISO 9001 in its latest update from 2015' – in short, ISO 9001:2015 – since May 3, 2023.
The certification represents a significant achievement for us, demonstrating our continuous commitment to quality and our dedication to providing our clients with the highest standards. We are proud to have met these challenges and to consistently maintain our focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
