We asked, you answered! In May 2024, we once again surveyed our customers to find out how satisfied they are with our IT operations, support, and application management services.
Our customer surveys are an important part of our continuous improvement strategy. Our latest survey has provided insightful results that underscore the quality and professionalism of our services. As part of our commitment to quality, both in terms of our services and our ISO 9001 certification, we conduct customer surveys every two years to measure our quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Customer satisfaction remains high
As in previous years, participation in the survey was high. We are particularly pleased that overall satisfaction with our services has continued to rise. Customers especially praise the professionalism of our support, our fast response times, and the high quality of our services.
48% of respondents were IT employees, an impressive 97% of whom rated the friendliness of our staff as high. One-third of respondents hold management positions at our customers' companies, and more than 65% of them say that the quality of our services is high compared to other suppliers. In addition, 14% of respondents were employees from the respective departments, of whom more than two-thirds rated the professionalism of our ISR experts as high. These results reflect the commitment and high level of expertise of our team and motivate us to continue providing excellent service.
Overall satisfaction with our services has increased once again. The following aspects received particular praise:
- our professionalism in customer support
- the fast response and solution times
- and the high quality of our services
Our employees were particularly appreciated for their friendliness and expertise. In addition, the trust and close cooperation with our customers were especially highlighted.
Quality put to the test – certifications becoming increasingly important
For the first time, we included a question about the relevance of our certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL4). We wanted to know which of these are important to our customers when working with us: The results showed that certifications are generally very important to our customers. As standards, they are crucial for the quality and security of our services. All of our certifications confirm our ability to offer high-quality and secure services and underscore our commitment to continuous improvement.
