In June, another customer survey was conducted in the Application Managementdivision. Our goal was to find out how satisfied our operating and support customers are with our services.
We want to become even better! To achieve this, we regularly conduct customer surveys. This feedback from our customers helps us as a company to evaluate our products and processes. In this way, you help us to continuously improve. Back in November 2020, we asked our operating and support customers for their opinion on our services and achieved a participation rate of 60%. This year, we were again able to achieve a high level of participation and even exceeded the number of participants from last time.

The results of the customer survey show that we have succeeded! Over the past 1.5 years, we have been able to improve our products and services. The overall satisfaction of our customers with our services has increased significantly. And, as was the case last time, the friendliness of our employees received the highest rating again this year.



The following received particularly high ratings:
- our professionalism in customer support,
- the fast response and solution times, and
- the high quality of our services.
In the area of application management, we place particular emphasis on providing our colleagues with regular training. This was also clearly reflected in the feedback from our customers, as the expertise of our employees was rated even higher than in 2020. What respondents appreciate most about our services is that they always have a personal contact at their side whom they can reach at any time if they have any problems. We are also pleased that participants appreciate the trusting cooperation, our professionalism and competence, and our fast response times.

ISR DONATES per participant to Braunschweig organization
With this customer survey, we not only want to improve our service and performance, but also do something good at the same time. ISR has been committed to helping disadvantaged children for several years now.
The Braunschweig-based organization"Eine Region für Kinder e.V."supports children and young people from families whose parents suffer from mental illness or addiction. These children are often overlooked by professional agencies. The association provides the children with trained mentors who offer them support in all areas of life. Thanks to the large number of participants, we have raised €600, which we are now donating to "Eine Region für Kinder e.V."
