Thank you to all participants, customers, partners, and contributors.

With team spirit, trust, and innovation, the challenges of digital transformation can be successfully overcome. Inspired by the Winter Olympics, EIM Day 2026 became an event that combined Olympic values with cutting-edge IT achievements and brought them to life within the CENIT Group.

Here's where we're competing:
Our three disciplines

Document logistics

Business processes are sluggish, documents disappear in chaos, digital strategies remain fragmented—inefficient, opaque, risky, and simply frustrating.

At EIM Day, you will learn from practical projects how end-to-end document logistics ensures the targeted distribution of relevant information—when it is needed. Those who miss this opportunity will remain stuck in a document maze.

With the right combination of cloud solutions, DMS and e-file strategies, and the power of AI, you can not only optimize business processes, but also create transparency, automate workflows, strengthen compliance, and gain time and agility.

Artificial intelligence

Many companies talk about AI—but often it remains just a buzzword. The potential lies in your core systems: in data and document management, as well as in intelligent information processing.

At EIM Day, you will experience how AI noticeably improves processes: from Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), which automatically recognizes and processes documents, to the use of LLMs in DMS systems for fast research and context searches, to connection with modern data management architectures.

Case studies show how you can bring order to information chaos, make informed decisions, and take your processes to a new level.

Analytics

Your data lies dormant and unused in your systems—while your competitors are acting on clear metrics, automated processes, and modern AI?

Outdated architectures cost time, money, and opportunities. In this discipline, you will learn firsthand how leading companies are revolutionizing their data strategies: from modernizing data warehouses to transforming to modern architectures, complete automation, and replacing outdated systems to forward-looking approaches such as data mesh, DevOps, and AI-supported data analysis.

The best-practice presentations are intended to inspire companies to become truly “data-driven.”

In 2026, once again at a special "
" location

The German Sports & Olympic Museum is located in a historic, listed former customs hall right on the Rhine in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen. With its interactive exhibits, it invites visitors on a journey through the history of sports from antiquity to the present day. We chose this location because peak performance, team spirit, and the smart use of data shape sports just as much as modern information solutions—the perfect setting to discuss artificial intelligence, data & analytics, and document logistics with you. We have the entire museum exclusively to ourselves (with no outside visitors), including the interactive exhibition to explore!
