AI meets document management

Brief introduction to exemplary
technologies

At the roadshow, we want to give you a closer look at digital records and AI. In a live demo, we will show you how our own solution, ECLISO, can be used in conjunction with IBM Content Assistant. Here is some more information about the technologies:

ECLISO is a digital record management tool that we developed ourselves. It offers an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple to manage, search, and retrieve documents. ECLISO also ensures data protection through secure storage and targeted access rights. In addition, workflows can be customized and automated. The solution is based on the proven IBM FileNet Content Manager platform.

The IBM Content Assistant analyzes content in IBM FileNet Content Manager in natural language. It saves time by automatically summarizing documents using generative AI functions and answering specific questions—without manual review. The solution is based on the IBM watsonx Large Language Model (LLM) and uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with context-specific knowledge from the repository.
