ISR Software
End of Support

A central component of this responsibility is the timely communication regarding the impending end of support for older software versions. We inform our clients well in advance about these changes (typically 15 months instead of the contractually stipulated 6 months) to collaboratively develop solutions.

Even if bug fixes are no longer provided for affected versions, we remain available to process support requests and assist you with your transition.

We are committed to continuous improvement for your benefit. This can only be achieved by focusing exclusively on new versions, enabling us to develop innovative features for you.

  • Customer Situation Assessment
    Initially, we internally assess each customer's individual situation to identify which systems in use are affected by EOS.
  • Client Consultation
    We understand our clients and engage with them in a partnership-oriented manner. Accordingly, we will first discuss the situation in a joint client consultation with the Account Manager and Product Development representatives, present our rationale, and outline potential solutions.
  • Notification
    The official End of Support announcement will be sent to you via email or letter at least 6 months in advance.
