Our aim is to facilitate a seamless transition to current versions, ensuring that you consistently benefit from the latest functionalities and optimal compatibility.
The cessation of support for older software versions can introduce potential risks, including security vulnerabilities and incompatibilities. Consequently, we strongly advise timely planning and initiation of migration projects to ensure a seamless transition.
CENIT Software End of Support
In this document, you will find all information regarding the release and end-of-support dates for CENIT software products.
ISR Software End of Support
A central component of this responsibility is the timely communication regarding the impending end of support for older software versions. We inform our clients well in advance about these changes (typically 15 months instead of the contractually stipulated 6 months) to collaboratively develop solutions.
Even if bug fixes are no longer provided for affected versions, we remain available to process support requests and assist you with your transition.
We are committed to continuous improvement for your benefit. This can only be achieved by focusing exclusively on new versions, enabling us to develop innovative features for you.

- Customer Situation Assessment
Initially, we internally assess each customer's individual situation to identify which systems in use are affected by EOS. - Client Consultation
We understand our clients and engage with them in a partnership-oriented manner. Accordingly, we will first discuss the situation in a joint client consultation with the Account Manager and Product Development representatives, present our rationale, and outline potential solutions. - Notification
The official End of Support announcement will be sent to you via email or letter at least 6 months in advance.
