As of December 31, 2024, support for three of our ISR software versions will be discontinued: Information Office 12.5, Accounts Payable Flow 8.5, and Contract Manager 4.5. But don't worry! We provide you with all the important information here.
We inform our customers 15 months before the contractually agreed end of support for our previous versions so that we can work together to find a solution.
Our customers naturally have free access to the new versions of our software. You can now plan and start the migration project with us in good time to ensure a smooth transition to the new version. We will be happy to assist you.
Why should you upgrade to a newer version?
This ensures ongoing compatibility with other applications and allows you to use the latest features. Outdated versions can cause problems such as security vulnerabilities or incompatibilities with other interfaces.
From December 31, 2024, bug fixes will no longer be provided for affected ISR software versions, but don't worry: support requests will still be possible. However, we recommend planning and starting the migration project and thus the switch to the current version in good time to ensure a smooth transition.
What are the next steps if you are affected by the end of support?
In order to assess the customer's situation, it is important that we obtain an internal overview of which systems are affected by the end of support. We meet with each customer individually and focus on their specific needs and requirements.
Together with your account manager and representatives from your product development team, we will discuss your individual situation and work out a roadmap for your transition. We want to ensure that our customers are always informed about all available options.
To ensure that our customers are informed about the end of support in good time, they will receive a termination notice by email or letter at least 6 months in advance.
What happens if I don't complete the migration on time?
If it is not possible to complete the migration to the current version of Information Office by December 31, 2024, we can offer you a temporary Solution Maintenance contract from that date onwards. This ensures that you will continue to receive comprehensive support. In addition, this contract includes all future bug fixes.
