As part of account management , we take care of the administration of your account with the cloud provider (e.g. AWS or Microsoft Azure). With our Identity & Access Management, we ensure efficient administration of users, groups and access rights. In addition, you will have a personal contact who knows your system environment inside out and is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
We ensure regular backups according to the schedules you specify in order to reliably secure your data. In the event of data loss, we restore your data quickly using Restore & Recovery. In addition, we carry out an annual recovery test to ensure that your applications can be restored smoothly in an emergency.
With an annual security check, we thoroughly examine your data and infrastructure and take targeted measures to ensure optimum protection. We also carry out regular quarterly infrastructure reviews to continuously analyze your applications and systems and identify potential security risks at an early stage.
Our 24/7 monitoring ensures that your applications and infrastructure are monitored around the clock in order to detect errors immediately. In the event of a critical system failure (priority 1), we offer immediate assistance according to the response times you select.
As part of our Patch & Hotfix Management, we ensure that regular updates are carried out for operating systems and applications in order to close security gaps and rectify operational faults. Through our problem management, we analyze the causes of faults and develop preventive measures for a long-term solution. We also take care of your service requests and complete smaller tasks via our service desk. To promote transparency, you will receive monthly reports from us as well as regular service meetings to discuss the current system status and identify possible optimizations.
