As of December 31, 2023, we will no longer provide new bug fixes and updates for the following versions: Information Office 12.4, Accounts Payable Flow 8.4, and Contract Manager 4.4. If you use these versions in your company, you can continue to use them and also submit support requests.
However, it is advisable to upgrade to a more recent version of the software to ensure ongoing compatibility and to take advantage of the latest features.
We would like to inform you fairly and transparently that outdated versions may cause problems, such as security vulnerabilities or compatibility issues with other applications. With the end of support for outdated versions, we can now focus on the new versions in order to offer our customers the highest possible added value.
Don't panic—we inform our customers early on so that we can find the best solution together!
Of course, our customers are entitled to receive the new versions of our software free of charge. Plan and start your migration project now in good time and let us support you in switching to the new version.

The official End of Support announcement will be sent to you via email or letter at least 6 months in advance.
The clear and centralized management of files and processes has long been the core strength and superpower of the Information Office. With this release, we have expanded the Information Office with several exciting new features and functions:
- Four new modules: quotation process, order process, purchasing process, and business partner file
- AI-based recognition determination
- Interface updates: Buildsimple, Datev, CENIT ECLISO
- Optimization of display on mobile devices
- Revised email notifications
If you are unable to complete your migration project by December 31, 2023, we can offer you a Solution Maintenance contract as a temporary solution from that date onwards. With this contract, you will continue to receive comprehensive support and bug fixes will still be available to you to the usual extent.
Our software is designed to make your work easier. That's why we've implemented new smart modules and functions in our latest software versions.
With the new release of Information Office 13.1, four new modules are now available to map as many business and operational processes as possible in one place and in one system.
- quotation process A quotation approval process for creating, approving/rejecting, and sending quotations has been implemented.
- order process With the new order process module, you can create and search for new orders and continue them within the system.
- ordering process Orders can be created and searched for, and all important information can be stored in the respective order file.
- The new Business Partner File module was introduced in this new release and is used to compile the various types of documents (contracts, orders, invoices, etc.) relating to a customer, supplier, or partner in a single file.
