It's that time again – we will be ending support for the software versions Information Office 12.0-12.3, Accounts Payable Flow 8.0-8-3, and Contract Manager 4.0-4.3 on September 30, 2023.

As of September 30, 2023, we will no longer provide bug fixes or continue to develop these software versions. If you are using these versions in your company, you can still continue to use them. It will also still be possible to submit support requests.
Are your systems still running on the old version? Don't panic!
We inform our customers of the end of support for our previous versions 15 months in advance instead of the contractually stipulated 6 months in order to find a solution together as early as possible.
Our customers are, of course, entitled to receive the new versions of our software free of charge. You can now plan and start the migration project with us in good time before the end of support. We will be happy to assist you in ensuring a smooth transition to the new version.
We are committed to continuous improvement for your benefit. This can only be achieved by focusing exclusively on new versions, enabling us to develop innovative features for you.

Initially, we internally assess each customer's individual situation to identify which systems in use are affected by EOS. - Client Consultation
We understand our clients and engage with them in a partnership-oriented manner. Accordingly, we will first discuss the situation in a joint client consultation with the Account Manager and Product Development representatives, present our rationale, and outline potential solutions. - Notification
The official End of Support announcement will be sent to you via email or letter at least 6 months in advance.

In the new version, various functions can be accessed directly on the home page via SmartLinks. Active tasks and favorites can be viewed and edited, and you can also find company-wide searches and access dashboards directly.

Unlike the normal inbox, the advanced inbox displays current processes in a condensed form, allowing users to see more information and processes at a glance.

GUI improvements
With the new release, our ISR software now also has a new look. A new header bar has been implemented and the navigation bar can be shown or hidden.

dashboards Dashboards are now available for ISR Accounts Payable Flow and ISR Contract Manager. Based on Kibana, all information relating to invoices and contracts is now presented in a clear and visual format.
