End of support (EOS) for the ISR software versions Information Office 11.x, Contract Manager 3.x, and Accounts Payable Flow 7.x is scheduled for March 31, 2022. We will inform you about your options and support you in migrating to the new versions.
The end of support means that we will no longer provide bug fixes for the affected ISR software versions after March 31, 2022. Support requests will still be possible, but we will no longer be developing these versions for several reasons.
Outdated software versions come with problems, which we would like to inform you about in a fair and transparent manner.
- Outdated components or interfaces (Java, DB, P8)
- security issues
- Bug fixes for outdated versions cannot be represented economically.
With the old versions of EOS now behind us, we can focus on the new versions to offer our customers the highest possible added value. You can read about the innovative features offered by our latest release here (link to release blog post).

Are your systems still running on the old version? Don't panic!
Can't manage the migration to EOS?
Don't worry!
If you are unable to complete a migration project by the EOS date, we can offer you a Solution Maintenance contract for the interim period starting on March 31, 2022, which will provide you with the support package including bug fixing as usual.

assessment of the customer situation First, we conduct an internal assessment of each customer's individual situation to determine which systems are affected by EOS.

Customer meeting
We know our customers and treat them as partners. Accordingly, we will first discuss the situation in a joint customer meeting with the account manager and product development representatives, explain our motivation, and show you possible options.

termination You will receive the termination letter for EOS by email or letter at least 6 months in advance.
