In addition, ideas and blueprints for the digital transformation of your business model will emerge naturally.
Use digital technologies to simplify, optimize, and automate your processes. Business process management systems, for example, can capture your processes and workflows, convert them into a digital model, and thus support your value-added and support processes. In addition, there are many state-of-the-art methods, such as BPMN and CMMN, that make it easier to implement processes efficiently and effectively.
All of this helps you lay the foundation for future-proof digital business models and growth.
