This project highlights the migration of an Oracle database to the advanced platform of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. By implementing SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, a decentralized solution was transformed into a centralized platform. This enables an efficient combination of governance requirements with the necessary freedom for users in terms of data modelling and visualization.

CHALLENGES AND REQUIREMENTS
- SAP Datasphere is used by this company as a central platform for self-service in the company
- In one national company, the previous reporting system was based on an Oracle-based data warehouse
- As part of the project, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud were to be introduced as a new reporting platform for the national company
SOLUTIONS
- ISR supports the customer with the introduction of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
- To this end, the requirements of the national company were analyzed and a solution design was derived in SAP Datasphere
- As part of a coaching approach, the employees of the national subsidiary were empowered to migrate the reporting system and local data warehouse to SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Selected applications were transferred together
