We see our role as an employer as creating trust and an optimal environment. In this way, we want to develop ISR further together with our employees and make it a little better every day.
Following on from 2014 and 2017, we took part in the Great Place to Work® survey again this year.
This includes an anonymous employee survey on important workplace issues such as team spirit, work-life balance, perceived fairness, appreciation, and quality of leadership, as well as a report on workplace culture—the so-called culture audit.
The survey results and the cultural audit are evaluated by the independent consulting and research institute Great Place to Work®. Excellent employers who achieve a predetermined threshold receive the Great Place to Work® certificate and the chance to be named "Best Employer." All qualified companies compete for this award in different categories (industry, region, federal level).
The winners of the "Best Employers in Lower Saxony-Bremen 2020" competition have now been announced. ISR took first place in the category for companies with 50 to 250 employees! We were also included in the list of"Best Employers in ITC 2020."
We are delighted to receive these awards and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our employees for participating and providing such excellent feedback!
We are, of course, taking the findings from the survey to heart and are looking closely at the areas that received lower ratings in particular. This is the only way we can ensure that we continue to offer an excellent working environment in the long term.
