REQUIREMENTS

BwFuhrparkService GmbH is responsible for the chauffeur service of a German federal authority.
One of the basic conditions of the service is that the number of drivers and vehicles is fixed.
At the same time, demand for chauffeur services is highly volatile and there is an obligation to perform.
Until now, it took several days to prepare a demand forecast.
In a proof-of-concept, a solution was to be developed to predict the demand for chauffeur services as accurately and automatically as possible.
