IBM Cognos Analytics
Of course there is the option. Download the apps from the usual app store and use your reports and dashboards wherever you want on your mobile devices.
With the fully integrated sister product Cognos Planning Analytics, you can implement complex planning scenarios and use them directly in reporting. Of course, the reporting data can also be used as a basis for planning.
With the IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE) and IBM Cognos for Office modules, you can integrate and use your BI results 1:1 in Office documents. For example, create your board presentation only once, update the figures monthly and comment on them.
In addition to integrating Excel documents, you can also maintain data directly in data models, e.g. assignments or correction factors. If the figures are to be entered by the user when the report is displayed, you can query simple parameters or program more complex scenarios, e.g. with Apparo Fast Edit, the tool from our partner Apparo.
