Dashboard
The dashboard provides an intuitive introduction to the IBM Content Navigator and enables a customizable overview. With configurable portlets for messages, resubmissions and searches, users always have an overview of their most important tasks and documents.
Fast access
The ICN Toolbox optimizes access to main areas such as the search and Explorer, so that relevant content can be accessed with just a few clicks. This reduces unnecessary work steps and increases efficiency in day-to-day work.
Resubmission
Documents can be marked for later processing so that important tasks are not forgotten. Users can set a specific deadline for resubmissions and receive targeted reminders for documents.
Excel export
Document properties can be exported directly to Excel formats (csv/xlsx), allowing the data to be processed quickly. Among other things, this facilitates the creation of reports and analyses without manual intermediate steps.
Desktop change & display settings
Users can easily switch between different workspaces and save their column and layout configurations. These settings are automatically restored the next time they log in, so that their personal working environment is always retained.
Document movement
Documents can be moved quickly and easily from one folder to another using an optimized move function. Recently used and favorite folders are suggested to further speed up the process.

The ICN Toolbox is based on the IBM FileNet Content Manager platform and uses the official IBM ICN plug-in interface.
This makes it very quick and easy to set up. It consists of two central plugins that can be individually extended. Customer-specific plugins can also be integrated, although a functionality check is required.
The modular architecture allows the toolbox to be flexibly adapted to the requirements of your organization and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. In addition, the use of the official interface ensures a high level of compatibility and stability.
