We are well networked. Both within our group of companies and with other business and technology partners.
We have been cooperating with some major manufacturers for over 20 years and specialized suppliers complement this cooperation network. This allows us to keep an eye on which innovative solutions are coming onto the market that are proven enough for use in your environment. In addition, the exchange of ideas in associations is important to us.

Our goal is to support our customers in the provision and economic use of their data as part of comprehensive Enterprise Information Management (EIM). ISR has therefore been part of the CENIT EIM Group since April 2022. As a strong group, we competently position ourselves as #1 in the core topics of data analytics & document logistics.

ISR has been part of the CENIT Group since 2022 (see also news article). CENIT has been taking responsibility for its customers for over 25 years: from consulting and the introduction of innovative IT solutions to cost-effective operation - with practical relevance and measurable operational optimizations. Due to the close connection to the CENIT EIM division, we bundle our competencies with this strong partner, especially in the field of document logistics and information management.
mip GmbH helps companies to fully exploit the potential of their data. As data specialists, they bring their customers' requirements to the IT departments, optimize digital processes and increase the efficiency of IT-dependent workflows.
Brief introduction of technology partners
ISR is an AWS Consulting Standard Partner. We rely on the experience and expertise of Amazon Webservices for our cloud services. This means we have a strong partner at our side to offer highly scalable SaaS solutions - hosted in the German data centers of AWS.
ISR has been an official Databricks Consulting Partner since 01.04.2025. Databricks is currently one of the leading and most sought-after platforms for data analysis and AI. We have been working with Databricks for more than three years now and have already completed several successful customer projects with certified ISR consultants.
ISR has been an IBM Platinum Partner since April 2023 and thus enjoys the highest status of partnership with the world's leading IT company. This partnstatus testifies to our highhigh performance and competence.
The partnership with IBM has a long history at ISR: from Informix (1993) to Cognos (1996) and FileNet (1999). ISR has received the IBM Innovation Award for special solutions several times.
As an SAP partner, we maintain long-standing and personal contacts with SAP product management and product development. We are therefore delighted that we were able to seal our partnership with SAP this year with SAP Silver Partner status.
In addition to this SAP Silver Partner status, there is now another partner qualification from SAP - the Competency Framework. Here, too, we are proud to announce that we have achieved the Advanced Level for "Database and Data Management" and "Analytics and Planning" in the "SAP Business Technology Platform" area.
Sales partnerships & system integrators
Partnerships with experienced system integrators are of central importance to us. They enable us to seamlessly integrate our innovative solutions into existing IT landscapes and jointly create customized added value for our customers. By working closely together, we pool expertise, expand our network and increase efficiency in project implementation.
