The digital file contains all information and up-to-date information on the status of processes at a glance. Past changes can also be tracked in the history. Thanks to the secure authorization concept, confidential information is kept safe.
Data management system
The ISR Information Office brings together a wide variety of data in your company. The connection of third-party systems from ERP and financial accounting enables communication between the systems and the linking of information. Master data can be automatically synchronized both externally and internally, and company-wide searches for documents and data can be carried out via full-text search.

With the ISR Information Office, you can optimize and digitalize all business processes in the company (e.g. quotation approvals, purchase requisitions, order processing, sales processes). The pre-definable role structure allows you to set dedicated competencies for the automated review and approval processes so that they are secured in advance. Our tool also has a reminder and deadline management function.

For example, order processing or a purchase requisition process can be implemented in your Digital Workplace, adapted to the needs of your company. It is also possible to map a digital sales process - from the quotation to the order invoice. The contract management software module can also be used to create links between the outgoing invoice and the associated contract.
